Dear Ernest,
The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception
application for 8-foot tall side ' and rear yard fence located at the above referenced property. The
Community Development Director has determined that the -requested Fence Exception satisfies
the required findings as specified by Campbell Municipal Code (CMC) Sec. 21.18.060. Your
request for a Fence Exception application has been approved, subject to the following conditions
of approval:
1. Approved Project: The fence shall substantially conform to the approved plans stamped as
received on April 16, 2019, except as modified by the conditions herein.
2. Fence Height: The overall height of the fence shall be no taller than 8-feet above natural
grade, consisting of a 7-foot tall side and rear yard fence with 1 foot lattice extension.
3. Fire Department Ins ep ction: A Fire Department field inspection is required. The location of
the gates and hardware will be verified at the time of field inspection.
4. New Fences/Walls: Any newly proposed fencing and/or walls shall comply with Campbell
Municipal Code Section 21.18.060 and shall be submitted for review and approval by them Community Development Department.
This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision,
unless an appeal 'is received in writing at the City of Campbell Community Development
Department by May 20, 2019. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its
