The Planning Division has approved your signing regaest for a new 2'x S'canopy sign facing Bascom Avenue. The
proposed sign would he located at the center of the commercial building between the two existing canopy signs. This
signing proposal is considered acceptable, if the following conditions are met:
1 1. The sign design matches other building signing as far av possible. This requirement would imply that the
proposed signage mainta-ns the same height, have the same border or cabinet and utilize similar colors to the
other canopy signs.
2. Only one wall/canopy sign is permitted. Consequently. the other budding sign reading 'Pool' advertising, ,your
business needs to be removed prior to the installation of the new sign.
3. Plea-: obtain any electrical permits for any new electrical connections.
