is not consistent with the attached-ourcil Policy Statemenc.
This office would also like to bring to your attention that got. do have
the right to appeal the decision of the Planning Director to the
Planning Commission. If you decide to proceed with an rppeal, such as
appeal muse be filed with the Planning Department within 10 dals from
the date of this notification. The appeal must be in writing.
