Parking in this area is already a problem and expanding to more units will increase the parking problem. The other problem that may arise is the entrance exit points for the units. Traffic entering onto Union Ave. may Increase the number of collisions on that street, and Apricot Ave. is about tapped out for the amount of traffic it can handle.
