No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any approval until a new approval iias been obtained in the manner provided for in this chapter. Landscape and fencing plan, as indicated and as added in "red" on landscaped plan to be provided. Adequate watering, system to all areas to be provided. 2. Fencing and landscape plan, indicating type of be plant materials submitted for to be used and plans for watering system to ` approval of Planning Director at time of application for Building Permit. 3. Faithful Pexfcrmance Bond in the amount of $2,000 to be posted to insure fencing and landscaping within three (3) months of completion of construction; or, applicant may file agreement to complete land- scaping prior to final Building Department clearance. 4. An enclosure, consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a 6' hir.h solid wall cr fence shall be constructed 'Lo house trash container in location approved by Plarninr Director and Fire Department (B' x 12' with a 6' gate). The applicant is notified as part of this approval that he is required to meet the following additional coneitions in accordance with Ordinances of the City of Campbell: S. Sign application to be submitted in accordance witn provisions of Sign Ordinance for all signs. No signs to be installed until application is approved. 6. Parking and driveway areas to be constructed in accordance with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code. 7. Constructiun of underground facilities as required by Section 9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code. S. Dedication to Bascom Avenue Plan Line (43' from existing property line) for total parcel frontage. 9. Curb cut on Fewtrell to be 25' minimuo. 10. Construction of street improvements for tctal Bascom Avenue frontage of parcel. 11. Storm Drain Area Fee in the amount of $132.00. 12. Obtain Planning Commission approval of parcel map and file same with the County Recorder's Office. Division of parcel map must assure that no unusable strip of land remains. 13. All driveways with access to or from Bz,;com Avenue tj be one-way only. 14. Developer to provide joint easements for ingress and egress and record same with the Countv Recorder's Office.
