CONDITIONS:
1. Landscaping to he provided as indicated on plan. Adequate watering
system to all landscaped areas to be provided.
2. Landscape plan, indicating type of plant materials to be used and
plans for watering system to be submitted for approval of Planning
rirector at time of application for Building Permit.

Any approval granted under this section shall expire one nundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon whits such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval hzs been obtained in the manner provided
for in tnis chapter.

"S" 67-65 Application of Elizabeth Gunn for addition to
Elizabeth Gunn existing commercial building - Speedee Market,
on property located at 2223 South Bascom Avenue.
(See Map 12 attached)
This application is for an additional 60' x 132' commercial buildir.,
to be added to the existing 7/11 Speedee Market Building.
Total overall length would be 60' x 172' with a total o£ 10,200 sq.ft.
of building. (The existing building, is 60' x 40')
Staff recommends approval, _ubject to the following conditions:
1. Landscaping to be provided as indicated on plan. Adequate
watering system to all landscaped areas to be provided.
2. Landscape plan, indicating type of plant materials to be used
and plans for watering system to be submitted for approval of
Planning Director at time of application for Building Permit.
