On December 29, 1988, you were sent an approved Tentative Parcel 'tap
for the referenced property. However, due to a clerical error, one of
the conditions of approval for the parcel map was not included In the
letter. Please note that the correct list of conditions for PM 88-16
should read as follows, with Condition d5 be the added condition:
1. File a parcel map in accordance with the previsions of the
State Subdivision Map Act.
2. Construct standard half street improvements on Whiteoaks Rd.
frontage and install the remainder of improvements on Bascom
Ave. frontage.
3. Pay storm dr.•in area fees of $2,775.00 for the medical building
site and $5� 30 for the residential lots for a total of $3,305.00.
4. Create a dratnage easement, for the benefit of the medical building
site, across the residentlal lots.
5. Pay fee in lieu of dedication of land for parks of $2,264.00.
