Following our conversation Friday, we are submitting a revised
drawing showing a 40 square foot double face pole sign making
12 feet to the top above ground for the above location.
The changable panels depicted on the drawing, four in number,
would be replaced approximately each three months on a
seasonal basis, concurrent with the outdoor activities prevelant
during that particular season. The ewner. Mr. Dave Bonner,
will install a new stone planter at the base of the sign and the sign
will not project over the property line.
I hope that this revised design will meet with the approval of
your staff. We have attempted to design an esthetic sign
what will blend in with the existing barn. Please let me know
if there are any problems relating to this application. Mr.
Bonner intends to open early in April.
