Re: Speaker Menu Installation for Der Wienerschnitzel #170
1940 S. Bascom Blvd., Campbell, Calif.
Dear Sirs:
The speaker menu being conditionally approved, we respectfully
request permission to proceed with the installation. We would
like to be able to leave the roof sign (which is an existing
non conforming sign) in place until such time as an agreement
is reached for an alternate ground sign.
Upon such agreement, we would install the ground sign and
remove the roof sign as soon as possible. If, for some reason,
an agreement upon a ground sign cannot be reached, we would
remove either the roof sign or the speaker menu within 90 days.
We hope the City will allow this slight variation in procedure.
Sincerely,
LUMINART - Division of Ad -Art, Inc.
