Dear Mr. Keei
In regard to the Display Sign located at 2270 South Bascom Aye.,
Campbell, California, the location known as Spa World, which I lease
from Mr. Frank fomasellu, V;e owner of the said property.
After much consultation with my attorney I was advised to consult
with Mr. Tomasello, the result of the conversation with Mr. Tomasello
is as follows, Mr. Tomasello notified me that as a tenant I had no auth-
ority to make any decisions in regards to sa1J sign. As a matter of fact,
he would consider It a serious breach of the lease I have with him, If I
become involved In any negotiations regarding said sign, therefore, I be-
lieve that the City of Campbell should contact Mr. Tomasello In as much as
he Is the owner of the property and all fixtures on said property.

Dear Mr. Kash:
Please be advised that the Planning Director, after consulting with
the Sign Advisor and Sign Rev;ew Committee, has approved your request
for a sign on tie fascia of the building and a free-standing sign
subject to the following modifications:
1. Pole sign not to exceed twelve feet in height.
2. Sign area not to exceed forty square feet.
Any decision of the Planning Director, either for conditional approval
or deri:l, may be appealed to the Planning Commission. Such appeal
shall be in writing and shall set forth the reasons(s) for appeal and
must be filed with the Secretary of the Planning Commission within
ten days from the date of decision of the Planning Director. Any
decision not appealed within ten days shall be final.
Upon receipt of the appeal, the Secretary of the Planning Commission
shall cause the item to be placed on the agenda of the next regular
Planning Commission meeting.
