In parti- cular, the complaint cites that the noise is being generated in tl.. early mornfag hours - 1:00-3:00 a.m. While we recognize your needs as a business property -owner to maintain a clean facility, it is important to note that your property is located adjacent to a residential neighborhood. ConfI4^ts such as this are net uncommon where differing land uses abut ane another, and in cases like this we ask that you do whatever you can to alleviate this noise problem.
