Dear Mr. Kim:
It has come to the attention of the Planning Department that
a canopy sign has been located at your place of business
without obtaining a sing permit or City approval. This action
is in violation of Section 21.68.030 of the Campbell Municipal
Code.
Please be advised that within 14 day„ on or before October 13,
1986, you must have removed the canopy.
The Planning Department does not have difficulty supporting a
canopy sign similar to the other canopy signs located in the
retail center you occupy. A sign application should be sub-
mitted indicating a signing proposal if youshould wish to
erect a new sign at this location.
Failure to remove the existing canopy sign by October 13, 1986,
will result in the referral of this matter to the City Attorney's
office.
