It hcs come to the attention of the Planning Department that a portion of your
rear parking area is being used for storage of an older panel truck and used
Plumbing supplies.
Please be advised that this property is located in a C-2-S (General Commercial)
Znnir,g District which requires that your operation crust be conducted within an
enclosed building, except for supportive vehicular parking. In light of this
requirement, you are regtested to remove these materials and this vehicle, if
not operable, within 30 -iays of this notice (on or before January 1, 1989).
Additionally, a review of this property indicates that you have failed to
comply with a condition of your sign permit approval as specified in your
approval letter of Febr-,ary 20, 1981. A copy of this letter is attached.
