It has recently come to our attention :hat the root mounted equipment recently installed by House of Bagels, at the above referenced address, is not completely screened from public visibility. Halcy t"W Associate Planter Subject Roof Mounted Equipment -- Hamilton Plaza (1646 S. Bascom Avenue) I have reviewed the situation of the air conditioning units which day light over the parapet wall for the corner pad building at Hamilton Plaza. These units were permitted through the Building Department as a part of the tenant improvement plans for the House of Bagels. In that they are not highly visible and in that the Planning Department gave a clearance to the Building Department for these items, I would recommend that we not pursue, the issue of screening or relocating these units.
