Dear Mr. Burch,
Please be advised that the Planning Department has approved the sign
program referenced above. Per our meeting with Tim Haley, approval of
signage does not apply to the three freestanding signs included in the
application. These will be addressed in a separate sign application at a later
date. Please find enclosed a copy of the approved sign program.
The sign program approval is subject all Building permits and clearances
being obtained. Additionally, the location of the entrance and exit signs are
subject to approval by the Public Works Department. Please contact Mike
Fuller or Frank Rubles in the Engineering Department at 866-2140 prior to
installation of these signs.
