Please be advised that the Community Development Director has conditionally
approved you signing request on behalf of Meme's Bikinis to allow a 27 square foot
sign along the street frontage of the existing commercial building at this location.
This approval is subject to the condition that you obtain any necessary building or
electrical permits for the installati, cif the sign and that if a raceway is necessary for
the individual letters that it be painted to match the existing facia colors. Two
copies of the approved plan are enclosed fcn your records.
