Please be advised that the Community Development Department has conditionally approved
y--tu signing request on behalf of Video II to reface two existing wall -mounted signs as depicted

submittal and conditions:
1. Sign area to be reduced to 23 square feet per sign.
7. Applicant to obtain any necessary building or electrical permits.
3. Applicant to submit sign application fee of $120 and any appropriate electrical or
