Re: Approval of sign application - SA 98-10 for Wells Fargo Bank at the Pruneyard Shopping Center
Dear Ms.Lenzora:
Please be advised that the Community Development Department has reviewed your application to allow
the refacing of an existing freestanding sign it 8 square feet) located along S. Bascom Avenue and
replacement of a tenant identification sign (13.33 square feet) for the Wells Fargo Bank located at the
Pruneyard Shopping Center. Upon review of the application, the signs are in conformance with the City's
sign regulations and the approved sign program for the Pruneyard Shopping Center, therefore, the
Community Development Department has conditionally approved your application based upon the
following provisions:
1. The signago and its installation shall comply with the plans as submitted and approved on rune 2,
1996. The approval is for the refacing of an existing freestanding sign with a black background, white
"stagecoach" logo and yellow "Wells Fargo" copy, and replacement of an existing tenant identification
sign with a new 13.33 square foot tenant identification sign consistent with the sign program for the
Pruneyard Shopping Center.
2. The applicant shall obtain bui!ding permits as required by the Building Division.
A copy of your plans is enclosed for your reference. Should you have any questions, please do not
