Shopping Center, 1875 S. Bascom Avenue
Dear Mr. Bailey
Please be advised that the Community Development Department has reviewed your application for a 10.5
square foot building -mounted sign to be located at 1875 S. Bascom Avenue (Pruneyard Shopping Center)
and has conditionally approved your application based upon the following provisions:
1. The sign and its installation shall comply with the plans as submitted and approved on November 24,
1998. The approval is for a 10.5 square foot "La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill" sign to be located on the
south side of the tower element in front of the La Salsa Restaurant tenant space within the Pruneyard
Shopping Center.
2. The applicant shall obtain building permits as required by the Building Division.
A copy of your plans is enclosed for your reference. Should you have any questions, please do not
