Dear Ms. Dillard:
Please be advised that the Community Development Director will approve a sign similar to the one
proposed, which has a form which relates to the architecture of the building, as required by the Sign
i t ode. A copy of the proposed sign is enclosed, which has been market: to indicate how the addition of
curses will reflect the cur%a of the front window of the building. Please nclude a border frame, so
I that the sign does not hase a temporan appearance.

• The banner sign on the building shall be removed; it appears, from its condition, to be a temporary sign
