JANUARY 2, 1980 MISCELLANEOUS TS 79-18 Tentative Subdivision Map: Lands of BN Construction Lands of BM Company. APN 413-44-2, 3 and 4. Construction Mr. Stafford reviewed this application with the Commission, stating that this map is required to allow the construction of S 79-51. Planning Commission SuI,JW TS 79-18 - LANDS OF BW CONSTRUCTION TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP, APNs 413-44-2, 3 F 4 --------------------------- RECOMMENDATION That the City Council approve this map subject to the attached conditions. DISCUSSION The applicant is proposing to combine three lots Into one for the purpose of constructing a condominium project on the combined parcel. The application for the condominium project was approved by the Planning Commission at its meeting of January 2, 1980. The General Plan indicates High Density Residential (between 21 and 27 units per gross acre) for this area. The applicant's plans would provide for this property to be developed at a density of 20 units per acre. At its meeting of January 2, 1980 the Planning Commission found this proposed tract map to be in conformance with the General Plan and recommended approval. Attach.
