RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council approve the proposed tract map subject to the
attached conditions.
DISCUSSION
At its regular meeting of February 5, 1980 the Planning Commission approved
the applicant's plans to construct a 12-unit condominium project.
The applicant is now requesting approval of a map which would allow
these units to be sold as condominiums.
The General Plan indicates High Density Residential (between 21 and 21
units per gross acre) for this area. The approved plans would be
developed at a density of 18.7 units per gross acre.
At its meeting of June 17, 1980 the Planning Commission found this
tract map to be in conformance with the General Plan and recommended
approval of this map subject the attached conditions.

The following conditions of approval are recommended concerning the subject tentative

Installation of a sanitary sewerage system to serve all lots within the sub-
division ir. conformance with the proposed plans of the County of Santa Clara
i Sanitation District No. 4. Sanitary sewerage service to be provided by said

Installation of a water distribution system to serve all lots within the sub-

Mr. Kee reported that at its regular meeting of February 5, 1980 the Planning
Commission approved the applicant's plans to construct a 12-unit condominium
project.

The applicant is now requesting approval of a map which would allow these units
to be sold as condominiums.
The General Plan indicates High Density Residential (between 21-27 units per
gross acre) for this area. The approved plans would be developed at a density
of 18.7 units per gross acre.
Commissioner Kasolas then moved that the Planning Commission find that the
proposed tract map is in conformance with the General Plan, and recommend
that the City Council approve this map, subject to the conditions listed
in the Staff Comment Sheet. This motion was seconded by Commissioner Pack
and unanimously adopted.
