RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council approve the proposed map subject to the attached
conditions.
DISCUSSION
At its regularly scheduled meeting of October 7, 1980 the Planning
Commission approved the applicant's plans and elevations to allow
development of 68 condominiums on property known as 848-906 Apricot

filed and processed.
The applicant is now requesting approval of a map which would allow
these units to be sold as condominiums and would satisfy Condition I.
The General Plan indicates High Density Residential (20-27 units per
gross acre) for this site. The proposed project will be developed
at a density of 23.4 units per gross acre which is consistent with the
General Plan designation.
At its meeting of November 4, 1980 the Planning Commission found the

CONSENT CALENDAR
Commissioner Dickson requested that PD 78-19, Brondon Corporation, be
removed from the Consent Calendar.
Commissioner Dickson then inquired of Mr. Kee if, under TS 80-17, the
property adjacent to the proposed application should cone in at some
future time :could it need a separate application for consideration of
additional parkino, rather than the parkino for the currently approved
site automatically going with that property since the overage of parking
for this application is to accommodate the adjacent site.
Mr. Kee responded affirmatively.
Commissioner Kasolas then moved that the followinq items be approved under
the Consent Calendar, seconded by Commissioner Meyer and unanimously adopted:
