TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP - LANDS OF W ARRIGO 950-962 APRICOT AVENUE RECOMMENDATION CITY OF CAMPBELL That the City Council approve this tentative subdivision map subject to the attached conditions. DISCUSSION This item is directly related to the application of Mr. Jere LaGuisa (ZC 80-15) for approval of a modification to appr.;ee plans to allow construction of 12 condominiums on propc-rt.v known as )rj0 and 954 Apricot Avenue. At its meeting of April 21, 1981, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1997 recommending approval of the referenced application. The Commissinn recommended approval with a 6-0-0-1 vote (Commissioner Kasolas abstaining). Condition "R" of that approval required the applicant to process and file a tract map. The applicant now is requesting approval of the subject tentative subdivision map. The General Plan indicates High Density Residential (21-27 units per gross acre) for this area. The proposed project would be developed at a density of 18.7 units per gross acre. At its meeting of July 7, 1981 the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this tentative subdivision map subject to the attached conditions, and found this map to be in accoru with the General Plan. At its previous meeting of April 21, 1981, the Commission adopted Resolution No. 1997 recommending approval of the referenced application. The Commission recommended approval with a 6-0-0-1 vote (Commissioner Kasolas abstaining). Condition R of that approval requires the applicant to process and file a tract map. The applicant now is requesting approval of the subject tentative subdivision map. Tract Number is automatically void if not used within oneyear from the date of issue and request in writing for renewal has not been received. 6. A request for renewal shall be in writing and shall include the date of the re -approval or extension and the length of time for such extension. 7. The assigned number is not transferable, except upon written re -application.
