PLANNING C IVISSION REC04EJDATION That the City Council approve this tentative subdivision map, subject to attached conditions. DISCUSSION At its meeting of September 6, 1983 the City Council adopted Ordinance Nos. 1485 and 1436 approving the applicant's plans to construct six condominium units on the subject property. Condition Q of that approval requires the applicant to file and process a tract map. The applicant at this time has submitted a map which would allow the construction of six condominium units on this property, resulting in a project density of 18.7 units per gross acre. The proposed density is consistent with the High Density Residential designation (21-27 units per gross acre) as indicated on the Land Use Element of the General Plan. At its meeting of September 27, 1983 the Planning Commission took minute action to find the proposed map in conformance with the General Plan, and recommended that the City Council approve the subject tentative map, subject to attached conditions.
