DISCUSSION ZC 84-06, on this evening's agenda, is an application for a zone change to allow the development of 6 condominiums on the subject property (952 Apricot Avenue). A condition of that zone change approval would require the applicant to process and file a tract map. The applicant at this time has submitted a Tentative Subdivisin Map which would allow the construction of these units as condominiums. The proposed development would be developed at a density of 18.75 units per gross acre, which is consistent with the High Density Residential (21-27 units per gross acre) as shown on the General Plan. At its meeting of February 12, 1985 the Planning Commission recommended approval of this map with a vote of 6-0-1, with Commissioner Christ being absent. Attached for the Council's review are the minutes from that meeting. COST Not applicable. QPA1D SY Planning Department 3/5/85 ■ CITY OF CAMVHL LI j. .NOUM I ARTHUR A.
