No one wishing to speak, it was moved by Commissioner Fairbanks, and seconded by Commissioner Kasolas, that the public hearing be closed. Motion carried with a vote of 6-0-1. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the requested use permit. The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are herein specified.
