I am in receipt of your letter dated June 22, 1988, explaining
the proposed use at the Urgent Care Center. The letter states
that, at the maximum, a total of 2 doctors and 10 other workers
would be present at the facility. Based on this, the us, meets
the parking standards of the City. However, any increase in
doctors or other workers will require approval by this
Department.

Subject: FIRST+CARE URGENT AND FAMILY MEDICAL CENTERS OVERVIEW
We provide basic doctor office care through conveniently located,
office -building centers that are open every day of the year, 12
hours a day.
We handle minor medical problems such as colds, sore throats,
minor cuts, bruises and sprains. We do not replace hospital
emergency departments and will not receive or dispatch
ambulances. We are called "urgent care" because we take care of
people without appointment and encourage people to walk-in on
their schedule. The service has no noise or smells.
As a convenient doctor's office, we usually have one doctor and=.
three staff people to start, and at this site we will start with x.
four other workers in the general office space. if we get busier
we will and up with two doctors and five staff people with five
other workers in the general office space. y
As part of our lease agreement, we are guaranteed five parking
spaces per thousand for a total of 25 parking spaces. These are
eightteen spaces immediately in front of our space and a very
large parking lot in the rear of the complex. Employee parking
is strictly limited to the rear of the building.
