approval and recordation in accordance with the provisions of the Sub-
division Map Act.
File an application for segregation of the assessments levied by Local
Improvement District No. 18.
Provide evidence, satisfactory to the City Attorney, of the resolution of
the following:
A. Sale to the State for non-payment of taxes for the fiscal
years 1978-79 and 1979-80.
B. Action to foreclose on mechanics liens filed by Pacific
Ready -Mix, Inc., and CAP Concrete, Inc.
C. Action for Constructive Trust of the property brought by
Gary Burgess.
D. Cloud on chain of title due to late recording of Certificate
