STAFF DISCUSSION:
The proposed remodeling consists of a change in fascia of roof on the
existing commercial building connected to and extending easterly from the
7/11 Speedee Market on the corner of South Bascom and Apricot Avenues.
The approved plan indicated a stucco finish with a flat roof and the
proposed plan is for a semi -mansard asphalt shingle appearance which
would face northerly towards Apricot Avenue and be similar in appearance
to the roof line on the "Mr Steak" restaurant building in the same
shopping complex.

In accordance with Section 9316, Chapter 3, Article IX of the
Camphell Municipal Code of the City of Campbell, the undersigned
hereby makes application for approval of the attached plans.
1. The said inprovements will be located on land
described as follows:

Lot 7 of Tract entitled 'Orchard Villa Tract", Map
recorded in Book "S", Page 23 of Maps, Santa Clara
County.
2. The nature and purpose of the proposed improvements are:
(Applicant should attach a written statement setting

the Planning Commission and other City Officers in
