Attention: Evelyn Adamson, Planning Department
Dear Mrs. Adamson:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation today regarding
the restaurant plans for Apricot and Bascom, which
are scheduled for the Planning ;ommission agenda of
September 5th, I have talked with the architect and
he said the alternative for wood shakes was inadvertently
left off the plan.
Therefore, would you please scotch tape the enclosed
alternative to the elevation sheet of our plan as it
relates to the roof?
Thank you for your cooperation.
Very trul- yours,
