TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP

This office recommends approval of the proposal, subject to the following
coniitions:
1. File a parcel map in accordance with the provisions of the State
Subdivision Map Act.
2. Construct street improvements along the White Oaks Road frontage
and post surety to guaranty the work.
3. Obtain an excavation permit for all work in the public right of
way.
4 Pay the plan examination and construction inspection fee.
5. Pay the storm drainage area fee for Parcels A and B.
6. Dedicate right of way to 30 feet from centerline along White Oaks
Road and 43 feet from centerlim along South Bascom Avenue.
