Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application (PLN2005-02) for a new wall sign on
property located at 136 N. San Tomas Aquino Rd.
The new wall signs measures 27.5 square feet in area and consist of internally illuminated, blue and red channel
letters with black trim and returns reading "Jovie Coffee & Tea" located on the tile face of the entry tower.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
I. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.

The wall sign shall have 5 inches returns as shown on the approved plans.
No exposed raceways

The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the Planning Division
on January 5,2005.
The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.

Two copies ofthe approved plan were returned to you at the Planning Division counter.
