We've talked about this very subject on occasion, discussed it at Planning Commission meetings and also this very morning. You probably are aware that Los Gatos has placed a cap on "restaurants" within their downtown to maintain a desired mix of uses. We may want to look at this model.      Paul Kermoyan, AICP, CGBP 2 Interim Community Development Director City of Campbell | Community Development Department paulk@cityofcampbell.com  408.866.2141 |  408.871.5140 : 70. Their lease is expiring after 5 years and they were unable to reach an agreement with the landlord to renew. Beth, the owner, loves Campbell, has been doing very well here, and is sad to leave downtown. Unfortunately, by the time we learned about the impasse with her landlord, she had already signed a lease in Willow Glen, so there is not anything we can do to try and assist her in staying here.      3 Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.     Thank you,  Amy     Amy Brown | City Manager City of Campbell | City Manager's Office amyb@cityofcampbell.com  408.866.2125 |  408.871.5002 : 70.
