Uses starts around pg 32 of the document.     Municode -      They have various commercial designations (commercial neighborhood, commercial service (general commercial), etc.) allowing for more descretion as to what kind of business can go in each zone. See: here     For:      Adult Entertainment: they do have a clause about concentration - like Santa Cruz, they have a distance requirement: see this link. (Essentially 400' from logical uses and 1000' from one another).      Day care facilities: Standards for child-care facilities. Large family day-care homes and child day-care centers are subject to the following standards: Spacing/concentration. No residential property shall be bordered on more than one (1) side by a child day-care facility.      Drive-Thru - Must go through a CUP process     Massage Establishments: (See 'C', below)   Massage establishments, out-call massage services, therapeutic massage establishments and therapeutic out-call services may be located and operated only as specifically authorized by the regulation for each zoning district pursuant to this chapter:   1.For the purposes of this chapter, massage establishments, out-call massage services, therapeutic massage establishments and therapeutic out-call services shall not be considered "personal services" uses and shall be defined as set forth in Section 9.21   2. Massage establishments that are exempted from regulation by the city pursuant to Mountain View City Code Chapter 9, Article II, are not subject to the requirement for a conditional use permit and the specified minimum distances set forth in this section.   3.Massage establishments and out-call massage services may be located in the CRA zoning district subject to approval of a conditional use permit.   4.Therapeutic massage establishments and out-call therapeutic massage establishments may located in the CRA, CN and CO zoning districts through approval of a conditional use permit. Therapeutic massage establishment and out-call therapeutic massage establishments are not subject to the specified minimum distances set forth in this section.   C.  2 Location requirements. Except for therapeutic massage establishments and those massage establishments and out-call massage service specifically exempted from the application of this section, no massage establishment or out-call massage service shall be located no closer than:   1.Three thousand five hundred (3,500) feet of any property limits of any other massage establishment or out-call massage service, or any adult entertainment establishment.   2.Five hundred (500) feet to any property used for a child day-care facility, school attended by minor children or any other facility used primarily for the teaching or care of minors, building or area used for worship, religious services or the practice of religion, park, playground, hotel or motel, public building or other public facility likely to be used by minors.   3.The minimum distances set forth above may be waived or reduced by the zoning administrator in appropriate cases through the issuance of a conditional use permit based on the criteria set forth in Section A36.60.   (Ord.
