Notice of Map Correction - APN 282-17-018 CITY OF CAMPBELL Community Development Department 70 North First Street • Campbell, CA 95008-1423 • TEL (408) 866-2140 • FAX (408) 866-5140 • E-MAIL planning@cityofcampbell.com July 23, 2020 Mr. David Clancy 1321 Porgy Court San Jose, CA 95128 Re: Notice of Zoning Map/Land Use Map Correction APN: 282-17-014| 282-17-018 Dear Mr. Clancy, This letter confirms that the Campbell General Plan Land Use Map and Zoning Map, as revised March 2017, incorrectly identify the land use and zoning designations of the above referenced properties, as Low-Density Residential (>6 units/gr. acre) and R-1-6 (Single-Family, 6,000 square foot minimum lot size), respectively. In fact, the General Plan Land Use Diagram, provided as Figure LUT-2 of the Campbell General Plan (copy enclosed) clearly depicts the subject properties as being designated Low-Medium Density Residential (6-13 units/gr. acre). This land use designation corresponds to the R-D (Two-Family) Zoning District, as specified by Campbell Municipal Code Sec. 21.04.020 (Zoning districts established), Table 2-1 (Zoning Districts and General Plan Designations). These corrections will be reflected in the next update to the Campbell General Plan Land Use Map and Zoning Map.
