San Tomas Aquino Road Dear Mr. Strouse: The Planning Division has reviewed and approved your sign application (PLN2005-11) for one new wall sign on property located at 148 N. San Tomas Aquino Road. The new wall sign measuring fifty square feet in area and consist of internally illuminated, red channel letters with bronze trims and returns located on the stucco canopies above the arcade. The business has 95 linear feet of frontage. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. The wall sign shall have 5 inches returns as shown on the approved plans. 2. 3. No exposed raceways The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the Planning Division on January 25, 2005. 4. 5. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. Two copies of the approved plan were returned to you at the Planning Division counter.
