1. City-Initiated
Public Hearing to consider the City of Campbell 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for citywide projects for
consistency with the Campbell General Plan. Staff is
recommending that the project be deemed exempt under CEQA. Tentative City Council Meeting Date: June 25, 2019. Project

2. PLN2019-215 Public Hearing to consider the application of Antje Paiz for a Site
and Architectural Review Permit (PLN2019-215) to allow the construction of an approximately 3,800 square-foot one-story single-family residence and an increase to the allowable fence height, on property located at 596 Emory Avenue. Staff is
recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt
under CEQA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar days. Project Planner: Daniel Fama, Senior Planner.
