CONVENE MEETING This Regular Planning Commission meeting will be conducted via telecommunication and is compliant with provisions of the Brown Act and Executive Order N-29-20 issued by the
Governor. The following members of the Planning Commission are listed to permit them to appear electronically or telephonically at the regular Planning Commission meeting on October 13, 2020: Chair Michael Krey, Vice-Chair Maggie Ostrowski, Commissioners Adam
Buchbinder, Andrew Rivlin; Nick Colvill, Stuart Ching and Alan Zisser. Members of the public will not be able to attend meetings at the Campbell City Council Chamber physically. The Planning Commission meeting will be live-streamed on Channel
26, the City's website, and YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/user/CityofCampbell). Those members of the public wishing to participate are asked to register in advance at: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_pQ4qoDVdTIy-k5p0RhN-Gw. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Public comment for the Planning Commission meetings will be accepted via email at planning@campbellca.gov prior to the start of the meeting. Written comments will be posted on the website and distributed to the PC. If you choose to email your comments, please indicate in the subject line “FOR PUBLIC COMMENT” and indicate the item

PLN-2020-61 Public Hearing to consider the application of Daniel Warren for a Site and Architectural Review Permit to allow construction of a new approximately 4,446 square-foot two-story single-family residence with an interior accessory dwelling unit on property located at 1351 Peggy Avenue. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar days. PLN-2020-33 Public Hearing to consider the application of Luka Dvornik for a
Site and Architectural Review Permit and Tree Removal Permit (PLN-2020-33) to allow for the construction of a new 3,630 s.f. two-story single-family residence with a 420 s.f. attached garage and the removal of two pine trees on property located at 1327
Burrows Road. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed
Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar days. Project Planner: Stephen Rose, Senior Planner.
3. PLN2018-163 Public Hearing to consider a City-initiated Zoning Code Amendment (PLN2018-163) to adopt a new Chapter 21.45 and amending other sections of the Campbell Municipal Code pertaining to the permitting and regulation of temporary uses on
private property. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Tentative City Council Meeting Date: January 19, 2021. Project Planner: Daniel Fama,
