CONVENE MEETING This Regular Planning Commission meeting will be conducted via telecommunication and is compliant with provisions of the Brown Act and Executive Order N-29-20 issued by the
Governor. The following members of the Planning Commission are listed to permit them to appear electronically or telephonically at the regular Planning Commission meeting on December
8, 2020: Chair Michael Krey, Vice-Chair Maggie Ostrowski, Commissioners Adam Buchbinder, Andrew Rivlin; Nick Colvill, Stuart Ching and Alan Zisser. Members of the public will not be able to attend meetings at the Campbell City Council Chamber physically. The Planning Commission meeting will be live-streamed on Channel
26, the City's website, and YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/user/CityofCampbell). Those members of the public wishing to participate are asked to register in advance at:

ing, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Public comment for the Planning Commission meetings will be accepted via email at
planning@campbellca.gov prior to the start of the meeting. Written comments will be posted on the website and distributed to the PC. If you choose to email your comments, please indicate in the subject line “FOR PUBLIC COMMENT” and indicate the item number.
ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES November 24, 2020 COMMUNICATIONS AGENDA MODIFICATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS ORAL REQUESTS This is the point on the agenda where members of the public may address the Commission on items of concern to the Community that are not listed on the agenda this evening. Public Hearing to consider the application (PLN2020-7) of Viotti
Architects for a Site and Architectural Review Permit to allow construction of an approximately 8,200 square-foot industrial building; a Parking Modification Permit to allow a reduction in the number of required parking stalls; a Variance to allow a zero side
setback; and a Tree Removal Permit to allow removal of on-site protected trees on property located at 930 Dell Avenue. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed in
