CONVENE MEETING This Regular Planning Commission meeting will be conducted via telecommunication and
is compliant with provisions of the Brown Act and Executive Order N-29-20 issued by the Governor.
The following members of the Planning Commission are listed to permit them to appear electronically or telephonically at the regular Planning Commission meeting on May 11,
2021: Chair Maggie Ostrowski, Vice-Chair Stuart Ching, Commissioners Adam Buchbinder, Andrew Rivlin; Nick Colvill, Michael Krey and Alan Zisser.
Members of the public will not be able to attend meetings at the Campbell City Council
Chamber physically. The Planning Commission meeting will be live-streamed on Channel 26, the City's website, and YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/user/CityofCampbell).

1. PLN-2021-159 Public Hearing to consider the application (PLN-2021-159) of
Aaron Peleg for a Site and Architectural Review Permit to allow a façade changes to an existing commercial building to accommodate a new jewelry store (Geoffrey's Diamonds), on property located at 342 E. Campbell Avenue. Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically Exempt
under CEQA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar days. Project Planner: Daniel Fama, Senior Planner NEW BUSINESS REPORT OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR ADJOURNMENT Adjourn to the next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting of May 25, 2021, at
