Dear John -
Please be advised that the Planning Commission, at its meeting of April 11, 1995,
adopted Resolution Nos. 296Z 2963, 2964, 2965, 2966 and 2967, recommending
approval of your request for a General Plan Amendment and Zone r•hange on thg
s:ibject properties and approving your request for a Site and Architectural Approval
and Conditional Use Permit on the project site.
The consideration of the General Plan Amendment and the Zone Changes will be
considered by the City Council at their meeting of May 16, 1995. The Planning
Commission's approval of the Site and Architectural Appllcatlon and the Use Permit
for the day care center and animal hospital is effective 10 days following the Planning
Commission's action. Please note that one of the conditions of the Use Permit for the
animal hospital requires that the City Council take action on the General Plan
Amendment and Zone Change for the westerly portion of the site. A copy of the
reduced plans and the adopted Resolutions are enclosed for your information.
