FULL RECONVEYANCE
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL as duly appointed Trustee and Beneficiary under Deed of Trust
and Security Agreement having received from holder of the obligations thereunder a written
request to reconvey, reciting that all sum secured by said Deed of Trust and Security
Agreement thereby having been surrendered to said Trustee for cancellation, does hereby
RECONVEY, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now
held by it thereunder.
Said Deed of Trust was executed by the Stephen V. Newlin and Suzette Mendonca, on
June 15, 2004, and recorded on June 18, 2004, as Instrument No. 17853324, Official
