City of Campbell has set the hourof 7:3o p.m. or soon
thereafteron Tuesday, February 16.2021. at 70 N. First
Street, Campbell, California, as the time and place fora
fora Public Hearing to consider approving a City -Initiated
General Plan Amendment IPLN-2020-151) to the North of
Campbell Avenue Area (NOCA) plan and related sections
of the General Plan to incorporate Obiective Standards and
procedures in accordance with recent changes to state law.
Staff is recommending that this item be deemed Categorically
