HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Ordinance 1741ORDINANCE NO. 1741 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1075 HACIENDA AVE., APN 412-14-55, FROM R-1-8 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 8,000 SQ.FT.) TO PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT (APPLICATION OF MAYLAND BUILDERS, INC., ZC 89-03). The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A entitled Mao of Said Property, as per the application of Mayland Builders, Inc., for approval of a Zone Change for property known as 1075 Hacienda Ave. from R-1-8 (Single Family Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 sq.ft.) to PD (Planned Development). SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days following its passage and adoption and shall be published once within fifteen days upon passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
