Hi Christine,
Thanks for the information. As per the current zoning of this property, a salon will
not be allowed to operate on the first floor of the given address. However, TheCity has recently adopted the new General Plan which has made some changes to
the zoning of the property and the allowed uses. This will be in effect on June 2nd.I will be able to approve the business license only after the effective date.
