Ostial Corporation sells and ships single-use medical devices (non-durable Goods) to hospitals per
received purchase orders.
In addition to general and administrative activities (accounting, customer service, and quality
assurance), the property will be used for storing our product.
Our product is angioplasty catheters. Our customers are hospitals across the US; they email or fax
their purchase orders, and we ship the orders via FedEx (no customer walk-ins). To provide more

We outsourced our production several years ago; the core of our business is receiving the products
