Dear Ms. Ellis:
Weare the authority responsible for the enforcement of zoning matters and the issuance of
Certificates of Occupancy in the geographic area in which the Project is located. Please be
advised as follows:
1. Certificates of Occupancy have been issued without condition or variance and are in
effect for all buildings and, if required, all units at the Project. We are not aware of any
circumstances which would render the Certificates of Occupancy invalid or cause them to
be revoked.
2. The Project is zoned R-2-S (Multi-Family Residential) under the applicable zoning laws
and ordinances.
a. This zoning classification allows the existing use of the Project, which constitutes
a conforming use with a Conditional Use Permit. If the project is destroyed by
casualty, the owner or successor may rebuild the Project to its original size,
density and use, subject to architectural requirements and the Conditional Use
Permit.
b. As far as we are aware, the Project is in compliance with all applicable zoning and
has no pending code enforcement actions on record.
