Please be advised that at its regularly scheduled meeting of March 1,
1983 the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1445, approving a Planned
Development Permit to allow the conversion of an existing fire station
into a museum on the referenced property. This approved is subject to
the conditions of approval and is effective March 31,1983.
Please note that Conditions Band C should be satisfied prior to
application for building permits.
If there are any questions regarding this approval, please do not
hesitate to contact the Planning Department.

BEING AN ORDINANCE OF 1HE CITY ffiUNCIL OF THE
CITI OF CAMPBELL AOOPTING PLANS, ELEVATIONS,
AND DEVElDPMENT SæEIULE FOR 1HE PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT ZONE ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL (CITY-INITIATED, r, 83-01).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby
changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A entitled Plans and
Elevations; Exhibit B entitled ~velopment Schedule; Exhibit C entitled Map
of Said Property; and Exhibit D entitled Conditions of Approval, as per the
application of the City of Campbell for approval of plans, elevations, and
development schedule to allow the conversion of an existing fire station
into a museum on property known as Sl N. Central Avenue in a Planned
llivelopment Zoning District. Copies of said Exhibits are on file in the
Office of the Planning llipartment.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days
following its passage and adoption and shall be published once within
fifteen days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Press, a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.

of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wa11 or fence and
have se1f-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department.
