This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Garage to be converted from a living unit back into a garage within ninety (90) days. (On or before 8:00 a.m., Thursday, September 22, 1977). 2. Payment of storm drainage area fee of $170.00. 3. Obtain an excavation permit for modifications of driveway approach. 4. Obtain all necessary building permits. 5. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as indicated in "red" on plans. 6. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for approval of the Planning Director at time of application for a building permit. 7. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved landscape plan. 8.
